Select the profile to set as your new default profile. Use this option for the most restricted profile, for example, pre-school <6) to make sure that all family members are protected.
Click the profile row
Click the action link Set New Default.
Click Yes when prompted to accept the new default profile.
Clicking Yes will deactivate KidzGuard on this device. Your family will no longer be protected when using this device.
Your Login Email is required to access KidzGuard. See the options below to identify your Login Email. If you registered your partner's email address, you may also use that address to log in.
If you purchased KidzGuard from the Partner Communications website, your Login Email is the email address you used to purchase KidzGuard.
If you ordered KidzGuard from your Service Provider, your Login Email is the email address your Service Provider used to send you your KidzGuard download link.
If you are using the trial version of KidzGuard, your Login Email is the email address you used to download it.
